Casino complaints, handled properly
File a complaint with evidence and we do the work: verify it, screen it against the operator's terms, put it to the operator with a 14-day window to respond, and track the outcome. What we publish is arithmetic — counts, resolution rates, timings — never unverified accusations.
How it works
- 1
You file, with evidence
Sign in, verify a deposit once, and tell us what happened — dates and screenshots matter most.
- 2
We screen it
Every case is checked against the operator’s terms first. If the operator applied its terms correctly, we tell you exactly which clause and why — that answer is the product too.
- 3
The operator gets 14 days
Cases that hold up go to the operator’s complaints contact with a right-of-reply window before anything counts publicly.
- 4
The outcome is recorded
Resolved, unresolved, or rejected — every case ends in a state, and only verified cases feed the per-casino statistics on our reviews. Unresolved cases get our escalation guide to the operator’s ADR body.
Complaints require a verified depositor account — the one rule that keeps fake and competitor-planted complaints out of the numbers. Evidence is never published and is deleted 24 months after a case closes. Affiliate relationships never change how a complaint is handled or counted.

No complaints in the feed yet
The complaints ingest is being expanded right now. We'd rather show an empty page than fabricate a feed — if you've had a problem with a UKGC-licensed operator and want it logged here, send it to editorial.
