Dream Vegas launched in 2018 and is one of the larger casino brands in the UK market. It is a white-label site: the operator of record is White Hat Gaming Limited, a Malta-based platform company holding an active UK Gambling Commission licence (account 52894, active since October 2018), with a separate Malta licence covering other markets. Public sentiment is firmly negative. We could not verify a stable external review count, so treat third-party ratings as indicative, but the pattern we logged clusters around slow payouts, verification friction and support that players find unresponsive. Our verdict

We score Dream Vegas 4.5 out of 10. The licence is real, the library is enormous and demo-friendly, and the payment spread is one of the widest around. But the 35x bonus-plus-deposit wagering formula, the poor reputation signals, a barely-rated iOS app and an enforcement history that named this domain add up to a trust discount we cannot ignore.
